- Relationships
- Managing strong feelings
- Anxiety
- Bullying
- Growth mindset
- Family illness or separation
At the bottom of this page, we have included some information and activities to help and support your child with self-esteem, empathy, managing feelings/emotions, expressing themselves and dealing with worries. Please feel free to download and print these to use at home, or contact the school office to request paper copies.
For Children’s Mental Health week, we have been promoting reading as a tool to help wellbeing. Reading can significantly improve our wellbeing by reducing stress, enhancing our knowledge and critical thinking skills, promoting empathy, providing an escape from daily life, boosting our mood and improving sleep quality, essentially acting as a form of mental exercise that can positively impact our mental health. We would encourage you and your children to read as a way to support your wellbeing.
Please contact us via email if you believe your child may need some support in school.
