The theme for this year's Safer Internet Day was ‘Inspiring change’, which included changes that have happened in the history of technology as well as changes we might see in our daily use of technology. Mrs Chalkley led an assembly to discuss this and the children continued their learning in class, focusing on social media, digital footprints, tech history and even Artificial Intelligence.  The children also enjoyed a variety of fun activities, including making online safety posters, programming Micro:bits, making internet safety themed board games and presenting debates on the pros and cons of social media.
